At Back Muscle Solutions, we want you to feel as good as you look. If your new apparel doesn't provide the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping mailer or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
